Genetic Dissection of Health and Disease at Single Cell Resolution with MADM
To study how neural stem cells divide at single cell resolution I use a powerful genetic platform called Mosaic Analysis With Double Markers (MADM). Here is an example of a brain section where the green, red, and yellow cells label MADM recombination events. The blue (DAPI) labels the nuclear DNA of cells. Try zooming in to explore this sample.
